Charis trains school leavers, job seekers, small business owners, church workers and staff teams — in class, in the workplace and in the community.
Community first
We train in the communities we come from — churches, halls, schools and workplaces — so that distance and cost never stop a learner.

Attendance registers, portfolios of evidence, assessment and moderation records are kept for every learner and every intake.
Support after the course
Job readiness coaching, business mentoring and referrals continue after the last class, not just on the day of the certificate.
